When Jo Se Ho, a well-known comedian in South Korea, held his wedding on October 20, the wedding gift given by Yoo Jae Suk, another iconic figure in Korean entertainment, attracted much attention.

Jo Se Ho's ceremony, which took place at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul, was attended by 800 to 900 guests, making the event a gathering worthy of an awards show. Among the guests, actor Song Seung Heon, who is not particularly close to Jo Se Ho, joked, "I came because I was afraid of being left out. Attending seemed like the right decision - from now on, the Korean entertainment industry may well be divided between those who were at Jo Se Ho's wedding and those who were not."

The topic of Yoo Jae Suk's wedding gift came up again on the November 6 episode of "You Quiz on the Block." Jo Se Ho said, "I can't reveal the amount, but Yoo Jae Suk was very generous." An embarrassed Yoo Jae Suk quickly tried to change the subject by saying, "No, let's not talk about that."

This remark drew attention, especially since Jo Se Ho had previously revealed that he only donated 50,000 KRW (approximately 36 USD) at Yoo Jae Suk's wedding, highlighting the latter's generosity and kindness towards his juniors.

Jo Se Ho shared a touching anecdote, “When Jae Suk got married in 2008, I only gave 50,000 KRW. I didn’t even eat at the wedding.” He explained, “At the time, I only had 130,000 KRW in my wallet. If I gave 100,000 KRW, it would have been hard to make ends meet, so I opted for 50,000 KRW.” Yoo Jae Suk responded warmly, “I was so grateful. When Jo Se Ho gets married, I’ll give double that amount. I’ll skip the meal too, right?”

Although Yoo Jae Suk joked that he would donate double the original amount of 100,000 KRW, Jo Se Ho's reaction suggested that Yoo Jae Suk had donated much more, impressing everyone with his generosity.
