Triple Star, real name Kang Seung Won, recent third runner-up on Netflix's 'Culinary Class Wars', is facing disturbing revelations from his ex-wife, nicknamed "A."

On October 30, journalist Lee Jin Ho posted a video titled "Why is the ex-wife who supported Triple Star so angry? Full revelation about Triple Star's past."

In this video, the journalist exposes two main reasons that pushed the ex-wife to make these unexpected revelations. The first concerns threats and insults that Triple Star allegedly addressed to 'A' and his new partner , also an acquaintance of the latter. After discovering his ex-wife's new relationship, Triple Star allegedly began to harass them, pushing 'A' to speak out to protect her partner and herself.

The ex-wife also revealed that she recently heard Triple Star claim that they divorced because of his alleged infidelity, prompting her to reveal what she describes as the real reason for their split.

Additionally, the video addresses Triple Star's "double dealing" controversy. Apparently, in August 2022, Triple Star broke up with another former partner, "B," to reconcile with 'A.' However, 'A' and 'B' later discovered inconsistencies in the timeline he had shared with them, revealing that he had been romantically involved with 'B' for over four months, overlapping with his attempts to reconcile with 'A.'

The reporter also shed light on the financial strain of their relationship. The ex-wife claimed to have spent over KRW 400 million (approximately USD 300,000) during their ten-year relationship, in addition to preparing a high-end rental property worth KRW 3.7 billion (USD 2.7 million) for their wedding.

'A's' family also invested 150 million KRW (110,000 USD) into Triple Star's restaurant, which later ran into financial difficulties, and she claimed that Triple Star secretly sent some of the restaurant's funds to his own parents. This financial strain reportedly led to a complete breakdown in their relationship.

On the same day, 'Dispatch' published a detailed report based on the accounts of 'A' and 'B', covering various allegations about Triple Star's personal life and accusations of employment bribery. According to the report, Triple Star met his ex-wife in 2014 while he was studying at a culinary school in the United States, and they had an on-and-off relationship until their marriage in May 2022. They divorced three months later, and without formal registration, their marriage was technically a common-law partnership.

The ex-wife also revealed several pages of handwritten apologies from Triple Star. In one note, he allegedly wrote: "I secretly watched a scantily clad woman sitting alone at a table via CCTV in a dark storage room," adding: "I am trash. I have inappropriate desires and have hurt someone who has shown me immense love."

The most shocking revelation involves Triple Star allegedly confessing to encouraging his ex-wife to sleep with another man for her own pleasure. Triple Star has denied the allegations.

Following the release of the revelations, Triple Star disabled comments on its social media channels. Netflix said it cannot comment on reports regarding the personal lives of cast members and asked for the public's understanding.
